The best post-ski pizza in a 70s-style cafe

By

I love skiing, my favourite thing to do is go FAST! But it also makes me HUNGRY.

On the slopes of Nozawa-onsen after a tiring morning you spot a cafe. Enter the bottom floor and find it’s a 70s-style type cafe. There’s not much to order on this level except for a couple of different types of pizzas, some snacks and a milk flavoured ice-cream (yes, milk flavoured!)

One of the pizzas is of course the Margherita!!! (otherwise I wouldn’t be writing about this place ๐Ÿ˜‚). Once you order you sit back down… but you don’t need to! Because only a few minutes later it’s ready!! (Amazing.)

It’s not burnt one bit, has a nice amount of cheese, pesto not basil leaves, and the tomato sauce is perfectly salty! Once you’ve had your fill head back out and have an amazing rest of your day.

(By the way this cafe is what gave me the idea to make this blog! Thanks so much Kitchen Servus!)
